About our


The ZIM cooperation network "Smart Solutions for the Regenerative Medicine" is funded by the Zentrale Innovationsprogramm Mittelstand (ZIM) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). It operates from 1.6.2019.

The network structure brings together the different specializations of partner organizations to enable efficient planning of R&D project pipelines and constructive collaboration. Each partner brings a particular expertise and thus unique contribution to the cluster’s value chain.

The cluster is coordinated by the network management company SilverSky Unternehmensgruppe (formerly Ventac Partners), a consultancy specializing in life sciences and with extensive experience in the funding, operation and development of innovative life science-orientated small and middle-sized enterprises (SMEs).

SilverSky Unternehmensgruppe is a company with established expertise in new technologies and management of start-ups and spin-offs. The network managers bring both business and scientific know how, in addition to well- founded industry knowledge.
